disclaimer and company policy

Brent Lykins Motorsports, LLC (further referenced as BLM)  branded products include a one-year warranty.   This includes products made by BLM and street (non-race) engines assembled by BLM as long as certain procedures are followed.  Racing engines do not include any warranty.   Warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear.   BLM has the sole right to make such judgements, and those judgements are final.

BLM is not responsible for any personal or bodily damage due to failure of engine components.  

Racing is dangerous.  

Use high performance parts and engines at your own risk.  BLM hereby disclaims all  warranties, either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.   BLM neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of parts or engines.   BLM will not be held responsible for parts breakage.   The manufacturer of the parts will need to be  contacted.  We install the parts.  We do not manufacture them.

In the event of an issue with an engine, contact BLM first, not another shop.   If an engine is taken to another shop first, all warranties are void.
